The Fujikura 90S+ is a core-alignment single-fiber fusion splicer built around Active Fusion Control and Active Blade Management technologies for consistently low splice loss. It splices single-mode and multimode fibers in an average 7-9 seconds (SM fast mode) and heats 60 mm sleeves in around 9-10 seconds, roughly halving operation time versus the previous model. A 4.9-inch colour touchscreen, high-capacity lithium-ion battery and Bluetooth link to the CT50 cleaver make it a fast, field-ready kit.
