- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Shams Almaarifa bears the return shipping costs if the reason is an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong or defective product).
- If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may bear the return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
3. Warranty Policy
- We offer a warranty on defective products, subject to the following conditions:
